Why agents shop around

Why agents look at Spacio alternatives

Spacio is a full open house platform, sold by Lone Wolf in separate plans for agents, teams and brokerages. Most agents who go looking at alternatives are not unhappy with the software. They want something smaller: one price they can read off a page, a setup they can finish the night before, and a subscription in their own name that moves with them if they change offices.

One flat plan, no tiers to move between

Open House Console is a single plan at $7/month or $70/year, with unlimited open houses and unlimited leads. There is no agent tier, team tier or brokerage tier, so the price does not change as your business does.

Set up the night before

Create the open house, add your photo and your brokerage colors, print the QR door sign. Most agents run their first fully digital open house the same day they sign up.

Your leads leave with you

Every lead exports to CSV on demand, and an outbound webhook can post each new sign-in into whichever CRM you already pay for. Nothing has to be re-keyed to get your data out.

The follow-up is in the box

Required and validated contact fields, qualifying questions, lead categories, notes, a follow-up pipeline and per-open-house analytics are all part of the one plan.

Everything we state about Spacio is quoted from their own public pages and linked, so you can check it in a second tab. We do not publish a feature grid, because a grid goes stale quietly and a stale cell is just a wrong claim nobody noticed.

The checklist

6 things to compare in any open house sign-in app

Whatever you choose, these are the questions that decide whether the tool earns its keep. Here is where Open House Console stands on each.

1Simple, predictable pricing

One flat plan: $7/month or $70/year. Unlimited open houses, unlimited leads, every feature included. No tiers, no per-lead fees, no upsells.

2Your leads stay yours

Export every lead to CSV whenever you want, or have each new sign-in posted to your CRM, Zapier or Make.com by an outbound webhook you point wherever you like. Your database leaves with you.

3Visitor experience

A branded laptop kiosk plus QR phone sign-in, no app download for visitors, sign-ins that survive a dropped connection at the door, and required, validated contact fields so every lead is usable.

4Qualifying questions

Financing status, buying timeframe, working with an agent, and whether they have a home to sell, with address capture. Plus up to three custom questions you write yourself.

5Follow-up tools included

One-tap call, text and email, lead categories, notes, a follow-up pipeline, repeat-visitor detection and per-open-house analytics, all in the one plan.

6Built for individual agents

Five-minute setup, a printable letter-size QR door sign, and a dashboard designed for one agent working their own leads.

Still narrowing the field? How to choose an open house sign-in app walks through the same criteria with no product attached, including how to test each one before you pay.

Straight answer

Is Open House Console the right fit?

Choose Open House Console if you are an individual agent, or a small team, who wants a polished sign-in at the door, every lead captured with working contact details, and follow-up tools that do not need a manual, at a flat $7/month.

Look elsewhere if you need brokerage-wide admin controls, MLS integrations managed by your office, or enterprise procurement. Some platforms specialize in exactly that, and that is a fair reason to pick one of them over us.

Why we built it

Built by a working agent, for working agents

“Built by a working Realtor who got tired of losing leads to bad handwriting.”

Open House Console is the tool I wanted at my own open houses: a clean, professional sign-in that captures every visitor accurately and drops them straight into a dashboard I can follow up from the same day.

FAQ

Common questions

Is Open House Console a good alternative to Spacio?+

For an individual agent it covers the same core job: a branded kiosk and QR sign-in, required contact fields, qualifying questions, an instant dashboard, a follow-up pipeline, CSV export and an outbound webhook, on one flat plan at $7/month after a free 7-day trial. If what you need is brokerage-wide administration, a platform built for that may suit you better.

Can I move my existing leads over?+

Your historical leads can live anywhere that accepts a spreadsheet. Going forward, every new lead sits in your dashboard, exports to CSV, and can be posted to your CRM by webhook. There is no import step to get started and no fee to take your data out.

Do visitors need to download anything?+

No. Visitors sign in on the laptop at the door, or scan a QR code and use their own phone browser. The kiosk itself is just a web page, so any laptop or tablet with a browser runs it.

What does switching cost?+

The 7-day trial is free. You add a card to start it, nothing is charged until the trial ends, and you can cancel before then. After that it is $7/month or $70/year, cancel anytime, and your leads export with you.
