This Privacy Policy explains how Open House Console(“we,” “us”) collects, uses, and protects information when real estate agents use our service and when open house guests sign in through it. By using Open House Console, you agree to this policy.
Information we collect
- Agent account information you provide, such as your name, email, phone, brokerage, license number, bio, and headshot.
- Open house lead information that guests submit at a sign-in, such as their name, email, phone, and answers about their home-buying situation.
- Payment information for paid subscriptions. Card details are collected and processed by our payment provider, Stripe — we never see or store full card numbers.
- Basic usage and technical data needed to operate the service securely (for example, sign-in sessions).
How we use information
We use information to provide and improve the service: creating and securing accounts, capturing and organizing open house leads for the agent who collected them, processing subscription payments, and providing support. We do not sell personal information.
Open house guests and the agent relationship
When a guest signs in at an open house, that lead information belongs to the agent who is hosting it. The agent is responsible for how they use it and for collecting it appropriately. We store and process that information on the agent's behalf so they can follow up.
Who we share information with
We share information only with the service providers that make Open House Console work — primarily Stripe (payment processing) and Supabase (secure database and authentication hosting) — and only as needed to run the service, or when required by law. We do not sell or rent personal information.
Data retention and security
We keep information for as long as an account is active or as needed to provide the service, and we use reasonable technical safeguards (including encryption in transit and access controls) to protect it. No method of storage is perfectly secure, but we work to keep your data safe.
Your choices and rights
Agents can view and edit their profile, export their leads to CSV at any time, and request deletion of their account and data. If you are a guest who signed in at an open house and want your information removed, please contact the agent who hosted it, or reach out to us and we'll help route the request.
Cookies
We use essential cookies to keep agents signed in. We do not use them for third-party advertising.
