Send open house leads to your CRM
Every visitor who signs in at your open house can land in the CRM you already pay for, without you retyping anything on Monday morning. It takes one webhook URL and about ten minutes, once.
Worth saying plainly
Open House Console does not plug into any CRM, and these pages are not announcements that it does. You make the connection yourself, in your own Zapier account, with your own login. We send the lead; Zapier delivers it wherever you tell it to. Nobody needs to approve anything, which is exactly why this works with a CRM that has never heard of us.
How it works
Three steps, once
Then it runs on its own at every open house you host.
1Paste a webhook URL into your profile
Open House Console has one field for this. Whenever a visitor signs in at one of your open houses, we POST that lead to whatever address you put in it.
2Catch it in your own Zapier account
Zapier gives you a URL that receives the lead. You paste that URL into the field above. Nothing about this runs through us, and your CRM login stays yours.
3Point Zapier at your CRM
Pick your CRM from Zapier's own list, map the name, phone, and email fields once, and turn it on. From then on every sign-in lands in your CRM by itself.

Step by step, per CRM
Only CRMs whose inbound path we checked ourselves appear here.
Follow Up Boss
Files each visitor the way a website inquiry arrives, so your action plans fire on their own. The one CRM here with custom field slots, so the qualifying answers stay as data instead of a note.

kvCORE
Two write actions and no custom fields, so the interesting work is in Source, Tags and Note. Also the page that explains who the lead gets assigned to on a team account.

Lofty
The only action in this cluster with explicit call, text and email consent switches, and a Smart Plan subscription toggle. That makes it the one page where the honest answer is to leave several fields alone.

Sierra Interactive
The strictest action of the set, and the only one where a phone-only sign-in will hard fail unless you plan for it. Also the only one where the action plan is a second, separate Zap step.

Real Geeks
The one action here that makes you choose a Site before anything else, and the one with three separate address fields. Getting those two right is most of the work.

BoomTown
One upsert action, so a visitor who pre-registers and then signs in at the door stays one person. The field names are raw API names, which is confusing for about a minute.

Wise Agent
The most forgiving action of the set. No required fields, no filters, no defaults to invent. The only real decision is which Category every door lead lands in.

Top Producer
The best field match in the cluster: financing, timeframe, and separate inquiry and primary property blocks. The catch is that the action always triggers your action plans.

HubSpot
The only general-purpose CRM here, so this is the one page with a build-it-first step. Also the only action that will refuse a visitor who did not leave an email.

Any CRM on Zapier
The method rather than a specific CRM. Read this if yours is not listed, or before you build any of the others, because the three recurring problems are the same everywhere.

Straight answer
What we send, and when
The moment a visitor finishes signing in, we send that lead to your webhook address: who they are, how to reach them, which open house they walked into, and the answers to any questions you added to your sign-in form. It fires once per sign-in, in the background, so nothing about it slows down the screen in front of your visitor.
Your CRM is the destination, not the system of record. Every lead is still in your Open House Console dashboard with its notes and follow-up status, so a Zapier task that fails at midnight cannot lose you a visitor.

Capture the lead first. Routing it is the easy part.
Open House Console runs the sign-in on a laptop at the door, or on a phone the visitor already has in their hand, then hands the lead to your dashboard and your CRM. Free for 7 days.
