Founding 100
The first 100 subscribers keep this price for as long as they stay subscribed.
$7/month or $70/year is locked in for founding members while you stay subscribed. If the list price goes up later, yours stays where it is. It's applied automatically when you start a monthly or yearly plan: no code to enter and nothing extra to pay. A Weekend Pass doesn't count toward it.
We don't publish a running count. Once 100 subscribers have it, it stops being handed out, and everyone who already has it keeps it.
Prices in USD. The plan you pick is charged securely through Stripe.
Everything included
No add-ons. No per-lead fees. No upsells.
Both plans unlock the entire product. Yearly just costs less; nothing else differs.

Common questions
How much does Open House Console cost?
It's one plan with everything in it: $7/month, or $70/year (about $5.83/month, roughly 17% off). Both include every feature: unlimited open houses, unlimited leads, nothing held back for a higher tier. You pick a plan right after you create your account, and you can cancel anytime.
What is the Founding 100?
The first 100 subscribers are founding members. Your price is locked at $7/month or $70/year for as long as you stay subscribed, so if the list price goes up later, yours stays where it is. It's applied automatically when you start a monthly or yearly plan, with no code to enter and nothing extra to pay. A Weekend Pass doesn't count toward it. Once 100 subscribers have it, it stops being handed out, and everyone who already has it keeps it. We don't publish a running count.
Are there any per-lead fees or usage limits?
No. There are no per-lead charges, no caps on open houses or leads, and no feature tiers to upgrade through. The monthly or yearly price is all-in — capture as many leads at as many open houses as you like.
Can I try it before I pay?
Yes. Try the live demo, no signup needed: sign in the way a visitor would, then switch seats and watch the lead land in the agent's dashboard. When you're ready for your own open houses, it's $7/month or $70/year, cancel anytime, and the leads you capture are always yours to export.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. There are no contracts — cancel anytime from your billing page. You'll keep access through the end of the period you've paid for, and you can always export your leads to CSV.
What's the difference between monthly and yearly?
Only the price. Monthly is $7/month billed monthly; yearly is $70 billed once a year, which works out to about $5.83/month, a savings of roughly 17% versus paying monthly. Every feature is identical on both plans, and on either one the only name on your visitor sign-in screen is yours.
Can I pay for just one weekend?
Yes. A Weekend Pass is a one-time $5 for one weekend, Friday through Monday, closing Monday at 11:59 PM Central Time. It opens as soon as you pay (or the Tuesday before, if you buy for next weekend), so you can set up ahead. You see the exact times in your own time zone before you pay. It never renews. When it ends, the leads you collected stay visible and exportable for 14 days. To get one, click "Get a Weekend Pass" on this page, create your account, then pick this weekend or next and pay. Passes are non-refundable.
Who is the customer — me, or the visitors?
You are. Open House Console is a flat subscription you pay for, so we work for you. Your visitors' sign-in data is never sold, and there are no ads — unlike free tools that monetize the very leads you worked to capture.
Will my visitors actually use it?
Yes, because there's nothing to install. Visitors tap the laptop at the door, or scan the QR code and sign in on their own phone's browser. They type their name, email and phone, and every other question is optional. If the Wi-Fi drops, sign-ins are held on the device and sent once the connection is back.
Is my visitors' information private?
Yes. In the app, only your account can see your leads. We never sell visitor information or share it for advertising, and we share data only with the service providers that run Open House Console, as our privacy policy lists. Visitors also see a short note that you may contact them and that signing in isn't required to tour.
How long does setup take?
A few minutes. Create an open house with the address, date and times, and its sign-in page and QR code are ready to use. A listing photo, your logo and brokerage colors are optional and can be added any time. On the day, open the kiosk on a laptop at the door or print the QR sign.
