Terms of Service

Last updated: June 1, 2026

These Terms of Service govern your use of Open House Console. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms.

The service

Open House Console provides digital open house sign-in (a kiosk display and QR code) and lead management tools for real estate agents.

Accounts

You must provide accurate information, keep your login secure, and be responsible for activity under your account. You must be legally able to enter into this agreement.

Subscriptions, billing, and trials

New accounts include a 7-day free trial. After the trial, continued access to the core features requires a paid plan — $9.97/month or $97/year — billed through Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. You can manage or cancel your plan at any time from your account; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.

Your data and your guests' data

The leads and notes you create remain yours, and you can export them at any time. You are responsible for collecting open house guests' information lawfully and for using it appropriately, including respecting their privacy and any applicable do-not-contact rules. Even if your subscription lapses, your data is retained and your public sign-in pages continue to capture leads.

Acceptable use

Don't use Open House Consolefor anything unlawful, to send spam, to misuse guest information, or to interfere with the service's security or operation.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Open House Console is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior twelve months.

Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. We'll aim to give reasonable notice where practical.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms as the service evolves; continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms. Questions? Email us at support@openhouseconsole.com.
