Your open house sign-in,in Weichert colors.
Open House Console replaces the paper sign-in sheet with a digital kiosk and QR code themed to your brand — so the first impression at the door matches the rest of your Weichert marketing, and every visitor becomes a lead you can actually contact.

Why Weichert agents switch
The open house is your lead engine. The clipboard is its weakest part.
Weichert says one in every three of its open houses ends in a sale, and it teaches them as a 4-Day Open House System rather than a Sunday afternoon. Everything after the event runs off the guest registry. A registry full of guessed spellings and half-written phone numbers undoes four days of work, so a yellow digital sign-in keeps that list as sharp as the signs out front.
Getting the color right
Weichert brand colors, exactly
- Published by Weichert
- Weichert names the color itself, calling it Weichert yellow and building recruiting lines like Say Hello to Yellow around it. We could not find a hex, RGB or Pantone value published on any of its public sites.
- In Open House Console
- The built-in preset is #FFEA27, a screen approximation of Weichert yellow rather than a number Weichert publishes. If your office marketing materials give an exact value, paste it into the custom color field and the kiosk, the phone sign-in page and the printed QR sign all switch to it together.
Yellow carries more weight here than a logo color usually does. The selling systems page names programs after it, The Power of Yellow and The Yellow Advantage, and the franchise blog tells agents to sport some Weichert yellow for instant brand recognition. A sign-in screen in that yellow is one more place a visitor meets it during the showing.
A yellow this light cannot be used as text on a white card, and it cannot carry white lettering either. The preset pairs it with dark text on buttons and bands, and wherever the kiosk would otherwise print the accent as words it swaps in a darkened version, so the yellow stays on the surfaces where it reads the way a yard sign does.
The Weichert open house guide says to contact every visitor who signed the guest registry, usually within 24 hours. That clock starts at the entry table. A digital registry puts every name in your dashboard before the balloons come down, so the follow-up call is never waiting on someone's handwriting.
Every Weichert franchise office is independently owned and operated, according to the franchise page. Local offices can have their own marketing rules on top of the brand, so check with your broker before a new screen goes up at the door, and use the custom color field if your office works from a specific value.

Honest scope
Alongside the Weichert tools you already have
Weichert already gives its agents a lot of machinery. myWeichert, powered by BoldTrail, is its own agent platform, and the consumer site describes a contact center that connects online inquiries to a local Sales Associate within minutes. None of that stands in the entryway taking names. This app is independent of Weichert, is not part of any Weichert program, and reads nothing from myWeichert. It covers the registry step only: visitors sign in on a laptop at the door or on their own phone through a QR code, and the list leaves as a CSV export or a webhook POST to whatever CRM you work from.
Why we built it
Built by a working agent, for working agents
“Built by a working Realtor who got tired of losing leads to bad handwriting.”
Open House Console is the tool I wanted at my own open houses: a clean, professional sign-in that captures every visitor accurately and drops them straight into a dashboard I can follow up from the same day.

FAQ
Common questions
Is there an official Weichert yellow hex code I should be using?+
Not one we could find in public. Weichert talks about Weichert yellow constantly but does not publish a hex, RGB or Pantone value on its public sites, so the preset #FFEA27 is our screen approximation. If your office has the exact number in its marketing kit, type it into the custom color field and the kiosk, the visitor's phone page, the printable door sign and the property brochure all update at once.
How does a digital sign-in help with Weichert's 24-hour follow-up?+
The open house guide says to contact every registry visitor, usually within 24 hours. That only works if the registry is readable and complete. Here, email and phone are required and checked as they are typed whenever you ask for them, each lead appears in your dashboard the moment they tap submit, and every lead has one-tap call, text and email buttons, so the first follow-up can go out from the driveway.
Can the leads end up in myWeichert?+
There is no direct connection, and we have not tested one. What this app offers is a CSV export at any time and a webhook that POSTs each new lead as JSON the moment it is captured. If your myWeichert setup accepts a contact import or an incoming webhook, either route works; your office technology contact is the right person to confirm which your account allows.
Do I need approval from my brokerage to use it?+
Open House Console is an independent tool that individual agents subscribe to — like your CRM or your lockbox app. Your leads belong to you: export them to CSV anytime or push them to any CRM via webhook. (As always, follow your brokerage's marketing guidelines for anything you display at a listing.)
What does it cost?+
$7/month or $70/year, with unlimited open houses and unlimited leads, cancel anytime. There is no free trial, but the live demo lets you try the kiosk in your browser with no signup.
