For Sotheby's International Realty agents

Your open house sign-in,in Sotheby's colors.

Open House Console replaces the paper sign-in sheet with a digital kiosk and QR code themed to your brand — so the first impression at the door matches the rest of your Sotheby's marketing, and every visitor becomes a lead you can actually contact.

Why Sotheby's agents switch

The open house is your lead engine. The clipboard is its weakest part.

At a luxury open house, every detail is part of the presentation, and a clipboard with a chewed pen is a detail buyers notice. A deep-blue, understated digital sign-in matches the Sotheby's standard, respects your visitors' privacy (no one sees the guest list), and captures qualified buyers discreetly.

Getting the color right

Sotheby's brand colors, exactly

Sotheby's International Realty Bluepreset #002349
Published by Sotheby's
Pantone 289, CMYK 100/64/0/60, RGB 0/35/73, hex #002349, per the identity standards manual, alongside Accent Gray at Pantone 422 and Text Gray at Pantone 431.
In Open House Console
The built-in preset is that exact value, #002349. Nothing to convert and nothing to paste unless your office works from a local variant.
  • The identity standards split the two grays by job: Pantone 431, hex #666666, is for text, and Pantone 422, hex #999999, is an accent used in marketing and promotional material. The kiosk follows the same split, with body copy on the darker neutral and the blue reserved for the accent surfaces.

  • Those standards approve only the Gill Sans, Edwardian Script and Minion families. The kiosk sets its own typeface and offers no font picker, which is worth raising up front if your office reviews open house collateral before it goes out.

  • Discretion is a real requirement at this price point, not a preference. The sign-in screen never displays previous entries; on a shared laptop at the door the confirmation clears after a few seconds and a half-filled form wipes itself after a pause, so the next visitor cannot read the last one.

    Set the color

Create your open house and tap the Sotheby's preset, or paste an exact hex from your brand guide. The kiosk, phone page, and printed sign all match instantly.

  2. 2

    Set up at the door

Prop up any laptop with the kiosk page, and print the QR sign for visitors who prefer their own phone.

  3. 3

    Work the leads

Every visitor is in your dashboard before they leave the driveway — qualified, legible, and one tap from a follow-up text.

Honest scope

Alongside the Sotheby's tools you already have

The restraint in the standards manual is the tell: one blue and two grays, and everything else is photography. The sign-in at the door should be equally unremarkable and then produce a complete, legible record of who came through. This app is independent of Sotheby's International Realty, is not part of any Sotheby's program, and connects to no Sotheby's system. Leads stay in your account and leave only as a CSV you export or a webhook you point somewhere.

Why we built it

Built by a working agent, for working agents

“Built by a working Realtor who got tired of losing leads to bad handwriting.”

Open House Console is the tool I wanted at my own open houses: a clean, professional sign-in that captures every visitor accurately and drops them straight into a dashboard I can follow up from the same day.

FAQ

Common questions

Is the kiosk blue the published Sotheby's International Realty blue?+

Yes. The identity standards give it as Pantone 289, CMYK 100/64/0/60, RGB 0/35/73, hex #002349, and the preset here is #002349 exactly. The same standards name Accent Gray at Pantone 422 and Text Gray at Pantone 431, both of which the kiosk uses for the same purposes they are specified for.

Can I set the kiosk font to Gill Sans?+

No, and it is better to know that before your office review than after. The identity standards approve Gill Sans, Edwardian Script and Minion; the sign-in kiosk uses a single system typeface throughout and offers no font control. What is fully controllable is the color, the layout, your headshot, your office logo and the welcome message, which is where most brand review comments land.

Can a visitor see who else has signed in?+

No. Each visitor sees only their own entry and never a list. On the shared laptop at the door the confirmation screen clears itself after a few seconds and a partly typed form is wiped after a short pause, so nothing from one visitor is still on screen when the next one steps up. The full list is visible only to you, signed in to your own dashboard.

Do I need approval from my brokerage to use it?+

Open House Console is an independent tool that individual agents subscribe to — like your CRM or your lockbox app. Your leads belong to you: export them to CSV anytime or push them to any CRM via webhook. (As always, follow your brokerage's marketing guidelines for anything you display at a listing.)

What does it cost?+

$7/month or $70/year, with unlimited open houses and unlimited leads. Every account starts with a free 7-day trial. You add a card to start it, but you are not charged until the trial ends.
