For RE/MAX agents

Your open house sign-in,in RE/MAX colors.

Open House Console replaces the paper sign-in sheet with a digital kiosk and QR code themed to your brand — so the first impression at the door matches the rest of your RE/MAX marketing, and every visitor becomes a lead you can actually contact.

Why RE/MAX agents switch

The open house is your lead engine. The clipboard is its weakest part.

The balloon gets buyers in the door. Your sign-in process decides whether you can ever reach them again. RE/MAX agents run some of the busiest open houses in the business, and a single clipboard can't keep up with a steady Saturday stream. A branded kiosk plus QR sign-in captures everyone, in parallel.

Getting the color right

RE/MAX brand colors, exactly

RE/MAX Primary Redpreset #FF1200
Published by RE/MAX
The 21st edition Trademark and Graphic Standards manual lists RE/MAX Primary Red as hex #FF1200, Pantone 185 C, and RE/MAX Primary Blue as #0043FF, Pantone 286 C.
In Open House Console
The built-in preset is #FF1200, the Primary Red from the current Trademark and Graphic Standards manual, so picking RE/MAX in the color picker gives you the published value with nothing to paste. If your office is deliberately staying on the previous deeper red until the 2027 transition, paste that value into the custom color field instead and every surface follows in one step.
  • Beyond the two primaries the manual publishes Dark Blue #000E35 at Pantone 295 C, Charcoal Gray #232323 at Pantone 446 C, Light Gray #C4C6C8 at Pantone 428 C and Cream #F7F5EE. Any of them can go in the custom color field, which matters if your office leads with blue rather than red.

  • The manual sets a transition deadline of June 30, 2027 for affiliates to move to the updated branding. Re-theming a sign-in kiosk is one hex value, which makes it the cheapest item on that list rather than another print run.

  • Two rules in the manual reach the printed door sign directly: the portion of an office name that follows RE/MAX must sit between 50 and 100 percent of the logo's height, and the registered symbol comes off after RE/MAX when it appears in an office name. Both are properties of the logo file you upload, so start from the approved artwork at resources.remax.com.

  • The Slash Design is protected to the point that affiliates are told not to use a forward slash, backslash or vertical bar in their own trademarks or branding. Worth knowing before you type a team name into the kiosk welcome line.

    Set the color

Create your open house and tap the RE/MAX preset, or paste an exact hex from your brand guide. The kiosk, phone page, and printed sign all match instantly.

  2. 2

    Set up at the door

Prop up any laptop with the kiosk page, and print the QR sign for visitors who prefer their own phone.

  3. 3

    Work the leads

Every visitor is in your dashboard before they leave the driveway — qualified, legible, and one tap from a follow-up text.

Honest scope

Alongside the RE/MAX tools you already have

Logos, claims, slogans and awards live in the US resource hub at resources.remax.com, and the manual points brand questions at the Quality Control team. This app is not a RE/MAX product, is not offered through any RE/MAX program, and does not read your brokerage platform account. It handles the thirty seconds between a visitor walking in and a legible, complete record existing, then hands that record off as a CSV export or a webhook POST to whatever system your office already runs.

Why we built it

Built by a working agent, for working agents

“Built by a working Realtor who got tired of losing leads to bad handwriting.”

Open House Console is the tool I wanted at my own open houses: a clean, professional sign-in that captures every visitor accurately and drops them straight into a dashboard I can follow up from the same day.

FAQ

Common questions

Is the preset the current RE/MAX Primary Red?+

Yes. The preset is #FF1200, Pantone 185 C, which is the Primary Red in the current Trademark and Graphic Standards manual. Use it unless your office is holding the previous deeper red on existing collateral until the 2027 transition, in which case paste that value into the custom color field and the kiosk, the phone sign-in page and the printable QR sign all switch together, so you are never half-updated.

The printed door sign shows my office logo. Does that create a graphic standards problem?+

The standards govern the artwork itself, not where you place it, so start from the approved office logo file rather than an image pulled off a listing site. Two details from the manual travel with that file: the office name following RE/MAX sits between 50 and 100 percent of the logo's height, and the registered symbol is dropped after RE/MAX inside an office name. Upload the correct file and the sign renders it unchanged.

Our office is mid-way through the 2027 brand transition. Does that mean redoing the sign-in setup twice?+

No. The color lives in one field on the open house, not baked into a template or a printed asset. On the day your office switches, change the hex once and the kiosk, the visitor's phone page, the printable QR sign and the property brochure all re-render in the new value. Nothing gets reprinted until you want it reprinted.

Do I need approval from my brokerage to use it?+

Open House Console is an independent tool that individual agents subscribe to — like your CRM or your lockbox app. Your leads belong to you: export them to CSV anytime or push them to any CRM via webhook. (As always, follow your brokerage's marketing guidelines for anything you display at a listing.)

What does it cost?+

$7/month or $70/year, with unlimited open houses and unlimited leads. Every account starts with a free 7-day trial. You add a card to start it, but you are not charged until the trial ends.
