Your open house sign-in,in Realty ONE colors.
Open House Console replaces the paper sign-in sheet with a digital kiosk and QR code themed to your brand — so the first impression at the door matches the rest of your Realty ONE marketing, and every visitor becomes a lead you can actually contact.

Why Realty ONE agents switch
The open house is your lead engine. The clipboard is its weakest part.
Realty ONE Group calls itself a modern, lifestyle real estate brand, and a gold, black and white identity is built to look sharp. The entry table is where that tends to fall apart: a photocopied sheet, a pen on a string, three phone numbers nobody can read later. A gold kiosk on a laptop, with a QR code for visitors who would rather use their own phone, keeps the look going and gets every name down properly.
Getting the color right
Realty ONE brand colors, exactly
- Published by Realty ONE
- The brand's own branding site lists Gold as hex #C5A95E, RGB 197/169/94, CMYK 25/30/75/0 and PMS 7753U, with PMS 10126C as the metallic version, alongside Black #000000 and White #FFFFFF as the other two primary colors.
- In Open House Console
- The built-in preset is #C5A95E, the published gold itself, so choosing Realty ONE Group in the color picker needs nothing pasted. The metallic Pantone is an ink for print with no screen equivalent, so the kiosk shows the flat hex value.
The primary palette is exactly three colors: gold, black and white. That makes black a fully on-brand accent in its own right, and a dark layout such as Twilight puts gold details against a dark screen without stepping outside the palette.
At #C5A95E the gold is light enough that thin gold lettering on a white sign-in card would wash out. The kiosk darkens accent-colored text toward slate on its own while keeping true gold on buttons, bars and the printed door sign, and the gold buttons carry dark lettering because white on a gold this light would fail a contrast check.
The logo guide forbids altering the mark in any way, including its proportions, color or font, and rules out stretching it, stacking it, or reproducing it outside the brand colors. The kiosk places your uploaded file as it is and never tints it with the accent, so the part to get right is the file: take it from the media kit rather than cropping one out of a listing photo.
The same guide sets a minimum width of 120 pixels for the full logo on screens and asks for clear space on every side equal to the height of the letters. Upload a file with that margin already built in, then check the editor's live preview to see how large the logo lands in the layout you picked.

Honest scope
Alongside the Realty ONE tools you already have
In February 2026 Realty ONE Group unveiled zONE Pro, its own all-in-one platform with a referral network across the brand, an AI Growth Coach, transaction and billing reporting, an office event calendar and the ONE Marketplace. ONESuite is the CRM, and at least one Realty ONE Group office tells its agents that the ONESuite app can replace a paper sign-in sheet with a QR code. If that is how you want to run the door, use it. This app is independent of Realty ONE Group, is not part of any Realty ONE Group program, and reads nothing from zONE Pro or ONESuite. It is for agents who want a gold kiosk standing on a laptop at the entry as well as the QR route, sign-ins that keep working when the listing has no signal, and leads that leave as a CSV export or a webhook POST they control.
Why we built it
Built by a working agent, for working agents
“Built by a working Realtor who got tired of losing leads to bad handwriting.”
Open House Console is the tool I wanted at my own open houses: a clean, professional sign-in that captures every visitor accurately and drops them straight into a dashboard I can follow up from the same day.

FAQ
Common questions
ONESuite can already swap a paper sheet for a QR code. What does this add?+
A second way in, mainly. A QR code only helps the visitors who pull out a phone, and plenty of people would rather tap their details into a screen by the door. This runs both: a gold-themed kiosk on a laptop at the entry and a printable QR sign for phones, with the laptop holding sign-ins when the house has no signal and sending them once it reconnects. Leads leave as a CSV or a webhook POST. If the ONESuite QR flow already does everything you need, keep using it.
Is the kiosk gold the same Gold listed on the Realty ONE Group branding site?+
Yes. The branding site publishes Gold as #C5A95E, RGB 197/169/94, and the preset is #C5A95E exactly, so the kiosk, the visitor's phone page and the printable QR door sign all carry the published value. The site also lists a metallic Pantone, 10126C, for print; a screen cannot reproduce metallic ink, so what you see on the laptop is the flat gold.
Can I write Realty ONE Group in my welcome line, or should that be the logo?+
Write it out. The brand guide says not to embed the logo inside a block of text and to spell out Realty ONE Group in body copy, with ONE in capitals the way the company writes it. Put the logo file in the logo upload, where it renders on its own, and keep the welcome line as plain words: your name, your office and a line about the house.
Do I need approval from my brokerage to use it?+
Open House Console is an independent tool that individual agents subscribe to — like your CRM or your lockbox app. Your leads belong to you: export them to CSV anytime or push them to any CRM via webhook. (As always, follow your brokerage's marketing guidelines for anything you display at a listing.)
What does it cost?+
$7/month or $70/year, with unlimited open houses and unlimited leads, cancel anytime. There is no free trial, but the live demo lets you try the kiosk in your browser with no signup.
