For Keller Williams agents

Your open house sign-in,in KW colors.

Why KW agents switch

The open house is your lead engine. The clipboard is its weakest part.

KW agents are trained to treat the open house as a lead-generation engine, straight out of The Millionaire Real Estate Agent playbook. The weak link is usually the capture: a paper sheet at the door of a well-marketed open house wastes the traffic you worked for. A KW-red digital kiosk closes that gap.

Getting the color right

KW brand colors, exactly

KW Redpreset #B40101
Published by KW
Pantone 200, CMYK 0/100/66/13, RGB 180/1/1, hex #B40101, published in the Keller Williams Quick Reference Guide.
In Open House Console
The built-in preset is that exact value, so the KW kiosk is the published red rather than an approximation of it. Nothing to paste and nothing to convert.
  • The Quick Reference Guide names two primary identity colors: KW Red at Pantone 200 and KW Main Gray at Pantone 424, hex #999999. The kiosk uses the red as its accent and a neutral gray for supporting text, which is the same split.

  • That guide states outright that the Keller Williams identity is designed to be used in conjunction with localized branding from both offices and associates. Your headshot, your market center name and your own welcome line belong on the sign-in screen next to the red, not instead of it.

  • The guide lives in the logo library on images.kw.com, reached from MyKW, and KW Answers publishes the same color codes as a standalone article. Both are worth having open the first time you set a custom hex.

Create your open house and tap the KW preset, or paste an exact hex from your brand guide. The kiosk, phone page, and printed sign all match instantly.

  2. 2

    Set up at the door

Prop up any laptop with the kiosk page, and print the QR sign for visitors who prefer their own phone.

  3. 3

    Work the leads

Every visitor is in your dashboard before they leave the driveway — qualified, legible, and one tap from a follow-up text.

Honest scope

Alongside the KW tools you already have

Command is KW's own operating system and KW Answers documents generating a branded open house sign-in form inside it. If that covers you, use it. Agents come here when they want the screen at the door to look like their own marketing rather than a platform's, when they want the visitor's own phone to be an equal path in through a QR code, and when they want a CSV they own outright. This is not a Keller Williams product and reads nothing from your Command account. Every captured lead can POST straight back out to a webhook, so nothing is trapped here.

Why we built it

Built by a working agent, for working agents

“Built by a working Realtor who got tired of losing leads to bad handwriting.”

Open House Console is the tool I wanted at my own open houses: a clean, professional sign-in that captures every visitor accurately and drops them straight into a dashboard I can follow up from the same day.

FAQ

Common questions

Command can already generate an open house sign-in form. Why use this?+

Because they solve different halves of the problem. Command's form is a form. This themes the whole screen at the door in KW Red, prints a matching letter-size QR sign for visitors who would rather use their own phone, works offline when the listing has no signal, and gives you a CSV plus a webhook so the lead lands wherever you actually work. If Command's form is enough for how you run an open house, use Command's form.

Is the kiosk red the real KW Red, or just close?+

It is the published value. Keller Williams lists KW Red as Pantone 200, RGB 180/1/1, hex #B40101 in its own Quick Reference Guide, and the preset is #B40101. If your market center works from a different local variant, the custom hex field takes any six-digit value and the kiosk, the phone sign-in page and the printed QR sign all update together.

Can I put my market center on the sign-in screen alongside the KW branding?+

Yes, and the brand guide asks for it. It describes the KW identity as something meant to be used together with localized branding from offices and associates. Upload your market center logo, add your headshot, and write your own welcome line; the red preset carries the national identity while the rest of the screen is yours.

Do I need approval from my brokerage to use it?+

Open House Console is an independent tool that individual agents subscribe to — like your CRM or your lockbox app. Your leads belong to you: export them to CSV anytime or push them to any CRM via webhook. (As always, follow your brokerage's marketing guidelines for anything you display at a listing.)

What does it cost?+

$7/month or $70/year, with unlimited open houses and unlimited leads. Every account starts with a free 7-day trial. You add a card to start it, but you are not charged until the trial ends.
