For HomeSmart agents

Your open house sign-in,in HomeSmart colors.

Open House Console replaces the paper sign-in sheet with a digital kiosk and QR code themed to your brand — so the first impression at the door matches the rest of your HomeSmart marketing, and every visitor becomes a lead you can actually contact.

Why HomeSmart agents switch

The open house is your lead engine. The clipboard is its weakest part.

HomeSmart runs a network of more than 25,000 agents in 48 states, and most of them work their own open houses. Every buyer met at the door only counts if the name is legible and the phone number is real. A red-themed sign-in on a laptop at the entry, plus a QR code for visitors who would rather use their own phone, gets you both.

Getting the color right

HomeSmart brand colors, exactly

HomeSmart redpreset #A81933
Published by HomeSmart
HomeSmart does not publish a named brand color, Pantone or hex value on its public pages. The red in the logo on its own Why We Rebranded page, which is also the primary color homesmart.com is built on, is #CD1935.
In Open House Console
The built-in preset, #A81933, is a deeper red than the current logo. For an exact match, paste #CD1935 into the custom color field and the door kiosk, the visitor's phone page and the printable QR sign change over in one step. If your office marketing lead hands you a different value, use theirs.
  • The 2025 rebrand, unveiled at the Ignite: Growth Summit for the company's 25th anniversary, reimagined the red diamond as a geometric stylized H and moved the wordmark to a clean, modern typeface. If your office signs still carry the diamond, match the kiosk to whatever is on your signs today, then change one color field on the day they are replaced.

  • The Marketing Design Center already has a built-in QR generator for flyers, postcards and door hangers. The QR code on this app's printable door sign has one specific job: it opens the sign-in form for that open house, so a scan in the driveway ends as a contact record in your lead list.

  • Alongside the red, homesmart.com is built on a dark navy, #031F30, as its secondary color. On a listing whose photos are already warm and red-heavy, that navy in the custom color field gives you a calmer kiosk that still sits inside the site's own palette.

Prop up any laptop with the kiosk page, and print the QR sign for visitors who prefer their own phone.

  3. 3

    Work the leads

Every visitor is in your dashboard before they leave the driveway — qualified, legible, and one tap from a follow-up text.

Honest scope

Alongside the HomeSmart tools you already have

RealSmart Agent is HomeSmart's proprietary platform, combining CRM, transaction tracking and market analytics, with the HomeSmart Agent and Client apps syncing to it and the Marketing Design Center producing print and social marketing. This app replaces none of it, is not a HomeSmart product, and reads nothing from your RealSmart account. It covers the entry table only: sign-in on a laptop at the door or on the visitor's own phone, contact fields checked as they are typed, then a CSV export or a webhook that POSTs each lead the moment it arrives.

Why we built it

Built by a working agent, for working agents

“Built by a working Realtor who got tired of losing leads to bad handwriting.”

Open House Console is the tool I wanted at my own open houses: a clean, professional sign-in that captures every visitor accurately and drops them straight into a dashboard I can follow up from the same day.

FAQ

Common questions

Why doesn't the HomeSmart preset match the red on my new signs exactly?+

Because the preset, #A81933, is a deeper red than the one in the current HomeSmart logo, which is #CD1935. HomeSmart does not publish a named hex or Pantone value on its public site, so this page quotes the value from its own logo artwork instead of guessing. Paste #CD1935 into the custom color field for a match, or whatever value your office marketing lead gives you.

The Marketing Design Center already makes QR codes. What does this add?+

A QR code is only as useful as the page it opens. The one on this app's printable door sign opens a sign-in form for that specific open house on the visitor's own phone, and each submission lands in your lead list stamped with the time and the house it came from. The laptop kiosk at the door feeds the same list, so two people can sign in at once.

Our office hasn't switched to the new HomeSmart logo yet. Which logo should I upload?+

Upload whichever logo your office puts on its signs today, at full resolution, so the door sign and the kiosk match the yard sign a visitor just walked past. When your office switches, replace the file and the hex once in the editor, and the kiosk, the phone page, the printed QR sign and the property brochure all pick up the change.

Do I need approval from my brokerage to use it?+

Open House Console is an independent tool that individual agents subscribe to — like your CRM or your lockbox app. Your leads belong to you: export them to CSV anytime or push them to any CRM via webhook. (As always, follow your brokerage's marketing guidelines for anything you display at a listing.)

What does it cost?+

$7/month or $70/year, with unlimited open houses and unlimited leads, cancel anytime. There is no free trial, but the live demo lets you try the kiosk in your browser with no signup.
