Your open house sign-in,in CB colors.
Open House Console replaces the paper sign-in sheet with a digital kiosk and QR code themed to your brand — so the first impression at the door matches the rest of your CB marketing, and every visitor becomes a lead you can actually contact.

Why CB agents switch
The open house is your lead engine. The clipboard is its weakest part.
Coldwell Banker has spent a century building one of the most trusted names in real estate. A handwritten sign-in sheet at the door doesn't match that standard. A polished, CB-blue digital kiosk with your photo and logo does, and it captures complete contact info from every visitor while you work the room.
Getting the color right
CB brand colors, exactly
- Published by CB
- Coldwell Banker publishes the authoritative CMYK, RGB, hex and Pantone values in its brand identity guide, which your office marketing lead or the agent portal has in its current form.
- In Open House Console
- The built-in preset is #003399. If your office guide lists a different value, paste it into the custom color field; the kiosk, the phone sign-in page and the printed QR sign all take a six-digit hex.
The brand identity guide pairs the blue logo with light backgrounds and the white logo with dark ones. That choice is live here, because the six kiosk layouts are not all the same brightness: Classic split and Postcard put your logo on a white card, while Twilight and Photo spotlight sit it on a dark screen. Upload the version that matches the layout you picked.
A blue that dark is one of the few brokerage accents that survives as text on a white card. The kiosk automatically darkens pale accent colors toward slate so they stay readable, and leaves dark ones like this one alone, so headline text on a CB kiosk is the brand blue itself rather than a substitute.
Coldwell Banker is heavily franchised, and plenty of offices run local color rules on top of the national palette. Nothing here assumes the national value: the preset is a starting point and the custom hex field is the override.

Honest scope
Alongside the CB tools you already have
Listing Concierge is the company-subsidized listing marketing program and CBx is the data and buyer-locator app, both reached through the agent portal alongside CB Desk. None of them stands at the door taking names. This app is independent of all of it, connects to no Coldwell Banker login, and does one job: capture the visitor legibly, then hand the record back as a CSV export or a webhook POST into whatever CRM your office runs.
Why we built it
Built by a working agent, for working agents
“Built by a working Realtor who got tired of losing leads to bad handwriting.”
Open House Console is the tool I wanted at my own open houses: a clean, professional sign-in that captures every visitor accurately and drops them straight into a dashboard I can follow up from the same day.

FAQ
Common questions
Should I upload the blue logo or the white one?+
It depends on the layout you picked, and the brand identity guide already answers it: blue logo on light backgrounds, white logo on dark ones. Classic split and Postcard render your logo on a white card, so use the blue file. Twilight and Photo spotlight put it on a dark screen, so use the white file. You can switch the layout and the file in the editor and watch the live preview update before you save anything.
My office has its own color rules on top of the national brand. Can the kiosk match those instead?+
Yes. The Coldwell Banker preset is a one-tap starting point, not a constraint. Type any six-digit hex into the custom color field and the sign-in kiosk, the QR page a visitor loads on their phone, the printable letter-size door sign and the property brochure all re-render in that color together. Nothing is locked to the national palette.
Does this replace Listing Concierge or CBx?+
No, and it does not connect to them. Listing Concierge markets the listing and CBx works the data behind it. This is the sign-in table: it captures the people who actually walked through, requires and validates their contact details, and then gets out of the way by exporting a CSV or POSTing each lead to a webhook you control.
Do I need approval from my brokerage to use it?+
Open House Console is an independent tool that individual agents subscribe to — like your CRM or your lockbox app. Your leads belong to you: export them to CSV anytime or push them to any CRM via webhook. (As always, follow your brokerage's marketing guidelines for anything you display at a listing.)
What does it cost?+
$7/month or $70/year, with unlimited open houses and unlimited leads. Every account starts with a free 7-day trial. You add a card to start it, but you are not charged until the trial ends.
