Your open house sign-in,in C21 colors.
Open House Console replaces the paper sign-in sheet with a digital kiosk and QR code themed to your brand — so the first impression at the door matches the rest of your C21 marketing, and every visitor becomes a lead you can actually contact.

Why C21 agents switch
The open house is your lead engine. The clipboard is its weakest part.
C21's relentless gold branding works because it's consistent everywhere: yard sign, business card, listing flyer. The sign-in experience at your open house should match. A gold-themed kiosk greets visitors with your name and brand, then quietly does the lead capture a paper sheet never could.
Getting the color right
C21 brand colors, exactly
- Published by C21
- Hex #BEAF88, RGB 190/175/136, PMS 2324 C, published on the Century 21 brand guidelines site along with a dedicated digital colors page.
- In Open House Console
- The built-in preset is that exact value. Century 21 is unusual in publishing its guidelines openly rather than behind an agent login, so the number is checkable in about ten seconds.
The palette is gold, black and white, and that is the whole of it. Most brokerage palettes carry a secondary accent to lean on; this one does not, which is why the kiosk layouts that suit it best use black type on white cards and let the gold do one job well.
Pale gold is the exact case where accent-colored text on a white card stops being readable at door distance. The kiosk detects that and darkens accent text toward slate automatically, so Relentless Gold stays on the bars and buttons where it holds up and never ends up as thin body copy nobody can read from six feet away.
The 2018 relaunch built the identity around the word relentless and set the gold to the more metallic value in use now. If your yard sign and flyers are on the current gold, the preset already matches them; if your office still has older collateral in circulation, the custom hex field takes whatever that older value is.

Honest scope
Alongside the C21 tools you already have
Century 21 publishes its brand guidelines at a public address, which makes matching a screen to them a two-minute job instead of a support ticket. This app is not a Century 21 product, is not part of any Century 21 program, and connects to no Century 21 system. It replaces the clipboard on the entry table: visitors sign in on a laptop or their own phone, contact details are required and validated, and the list leaves as a CSV or a webhook POST to whatever you already use.
Why we built it
Built by a working agent, for working agents
“Built by a working Realtor who got tired of losing leads to bad handwriting.”
Open House Console is the tool I wanted at my own open houses: a clean, professional sign-in that captures every visitor accurately and drops them straight into a dashboard I can follow up from the same day.

FAQ
Common questions
Is the kiosk gold the real Relentless Gold?+
Yes. Century 21 publishes Relentless Gold as #BEAF88, RGB 190/175/136, PMS 2324 C on its own brand guidelines site, and that is the preset here. Because those guidelines are public rather than behind an agent login, you can check the value yourself before you set anything up.
Gold text on a white background is hard to read. How does the kiosk handle that?+
It handles it for you. When the accent is a pale color, the kiosk darkens accent-colored text toward slate before rendering it, while leaving the color itself untouched on buttons, bars and the printed sign. So a C21 kiosk shows real Relentless Gold where gold reads well and a darkened version where a literal gold would disappear against white.
Can I theme the kiosk in black instead of gold?+
Yes, and for some listings it looks better. The brand palette is gold, black and white, so black is on-brand rather than a compromise. Type any six-digit hex into the custom color field and the sign-in screen, the visitor's phone page, the printable QR door sign and the property brochure all switch together.
Do I need approval from my brokerage to use it?+
Open House Console is an independent tool that individual agents subscribe to — like your CRM or your lockbox app. Your leads belong to you: export them to CSV anytime or push them to any CRM via webhook. (As always, follow your brokerage's marketing guidelines for anything you display at a listing.)
What does it cost?+
$7/month or $70/year, with unlimited open houses and unlimited leads. Every account starts with a free 7-day trial. You add a card to start it, but you are not charged until the trial ends.
