Why BHHS agents switch

The open house is your lead engine. The clipboard is its weakest part.

BHHS agents trade on credibility. The cabernet brand signals established, trustworthy, premium. Your open house should feel the same from the moment a visitor walks in. A cabernet-themed sign-in kiosk with your headshot makes the right first impression and captures every guest's contact info, legibly.

Getting the color right

BHHS brand colors, exactly

Cabernetpreset #552448
Published by BHHS
The brand guidelines specify Cabernet as Pantone 7659 C with an RGB mix of 85/36/72, paired with Cream at Pantone 9143 C, and treat those two as the approved brand colors.
In Open House Console
The built-in preset is #552448, which is the published RGB mix of 85/36/72, so the kiosk matches printed collateral out of the box. A deep cabernet reads a touch darker on a backlit screen than on paper; that is the screen, not a sign the value is off.
  • This is a deliberately two-color brand, cabernet and cream, and the guidelines treat that restraint as the point rather than a limitation. On a kiosk that argues for Classic split or Postcard, where the accent is a band framing white space, over a layout that washes the whole screen in one color.

  • Cream is a legitimate accent choice here and there is one layout built for it. Brand spotlight makes the accent the backdrop with a white card floating on top, which is where a pale cream works and a deep cabernet would be overwhelming.

  • Approved logos, templates and marketing collateral come out of the REsource center, the affiliate portal, and the Marketing REsource tool inside it. That is the file to upload, at full resolution, rather than an image saved from a listing page.

Honest scope

Alongside the BHHS tools you already have

The brand's argument is permanence, and permanence is a promise kept after the open house rather than during it. What breaks it is a sign-in sheet that produced a phone number nobody can read on Monday morning. This app is independent of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices, connects to no REsource login, and exists to make that record complete and legible: required fields, validated contact details, and a CSV or webhook so the follow-up happens the same day.

Why we built it

Built by a working agent, for working agents

“Built by a working Realtor who got tired of losing leads to bad handwriting.”

Open House Console is the tool I wanted at my own open houses: a clean, professional sign-in that captures every visitor accurately and drops them straight into a dashboard I can follow up from the same day.

FAQ

Common questions

Is the preset the real Cabernet?+

Yes. The guidelines specify Cabernet as Pantone 7659 C with an RGB mix of 85/36/72, which is hex #552448, and that is exactly the preset. Pick Berkshire Hathaway in the color picker and the kiosk, the phone sign-in page and the printable QR sign carry the same value as your printed collateral.

Can I use cream as the kiosk accent instead of cabernet?+

Yes, and one layout is built for exactly that. Brand spotlight turns the accent color into the full-screen backdrop with a white sign-in card on top of it. A pale cream works beautifully there, where a saturated color would fight the card. The layout picker shows a live preview with your own listing photo before you save.

Where do I get the logo file to upload?+

From the REsource center, the affiliate portal, or the Marketing REsource tool inside it, which is where approved logos and templates live. Upload the full-resolution file rather than an image saved off a listing site. The kiosk renders it at whatever size the layout calls for and the printable letter-size door sign uses the same file, so one good upload covers both.

Do I need approval from my brokerage to use it?+

Open House Console is an independent tool that individual agents subscribe to — like your CRM or your lockbox app. Your leads belong to you: export them to CSV anytime or push them to any CRM via webhook. (As always, follow your brokerage's marketing guidelines for anything you display at a listing.)

What does it cost?+

$7/month or $70/year, with unlimited open houses and unlimited leads. Every account starts with a free 7-day trial. You add a card to start it, but you are not charged until the trial ends.
