Private link · No guest names

Show your sellerthe open house worked.

One private link your seller can open on their phone: how many people came, how many were serious, when they plan to buy and what they thought of the home. Names and contact details stay with you.

  • Counts real people, so an RSVP plus a sign-in is one visitor
  • Feedback on the home and the price, as totals
  • Your seller can save it as a PDF

How it helps

What you get

The numbers

Visitors, serious buyers and when they came

The report shows everyone who signed in, how many look like serious buyers, how many came without their own agent and the sign-ins hour by hour on the day.

  • Sign-ins by hour on the day
  • Buying timeframes
  • Visitors without their own agent

What they thought

Feedback the seller actually wants

Turn on the seller-feedback questions and guests tap their first impression and what they think of the price. The report shows the totals once three or more guests answer.

  • First impression totals
  • Price opinion totals
  • Average interest out of 5

Private by design

No guest names, ever

The seller sees totals only. Detail waits until at least three people have signed in, so a seller who knows who came can't tell who said what. You can switch the link off any time.

  • Totals only, no contact details
  • Detail starts at 3 visitors
  • Switch the link off any time

Every open house comes with its own seller report link, ready to send.

Get started

How it works

Set up in three steps

  1. 1

    Turn on the report

Open the open house and switch on the seller report to get its private link.

  2. 2

    Send it to your seller

Text or email the link before or after the open house. Before, it says it fills in afterward.

  3. 3

    They open it

Your seller sees the totals on their phone, with your photo and brand color, and can save a PDF.

Why we built it

Built by a working agent, for working agents

“Built by a working Realtor who got tired of losing leads to bad handwriting.”

Open House Console is the tool I wanted at my own open houses: a clean, professional sign-in that captures every visitor accurately and drops them straight into a dashboard I can follow up from the same day.

FAQ

Common questions

What does the seller report show?

Visitors signed in, serious buyers, financing-ready guests when you ask that question, visitors without their own agent, buying timeframes, sign-ins by hour on the day, and seller-feedback totals when you turn those questions on.

Can my seller see who came?

No. The report never shows names, phone numbers or emails. The detailed breakdowns only appear once three or more people have signed in, so a small open house can't give away who said what.

How do I send it?

Each open house has its own private link you can copy and send by text or email. Your seller opens it in any browser, and it updates as people sign in.

Can I turn the link off?

Yes. Switch sharing off on the open house and the link stops working right away.
