What you get
At the door
Signing in becomes entering
Name the prize and the sign-in screen shows a drawing banner. Guests who would skip a sign-in sheet happily enter a drawing, and they type their own details while they're at it.

Why we built it
Built by a working agent, for working agents
“Built by a working Realtor who got tired of losing leads to bad handwriting.”
Open House Console is the tool I wanted at my own open houses: a clean, professional sign-in that captures every visitor accurately and drops them straight into a dashboard I can follow up from the same day.

FAQ
Common questions
How does the open house prize drawing work?
You switch it on for an open house and name the prize. The sign-in screen invites guests to sign in to enter, and afterward the open house page picks a winner at random from everyone who signed in.
Can a guest enter twice?
Each person is counted once in the drawing, even if they signed in twice, for example once online beforehand and again at the door.
Are there rules for running a drawing?
Prize drawings can be covered by state sweepstakes rules and by your brokerage's policies, so check both before you run one. Keep entry free and open to everyone who visits.
What makes a good open house prize?
Something small and local works well: a gift card to a coffee shop or restaurant near the home. It gives guests a reason to sign in without turning the open house into a contest.
