Keeps saving when the Wi-Fi drops

No Wi-Fi at the house?Guests still sign in.

Vacant homes, rural listings and basements are where connections fail. The kiosk keeps taking sign-ins on your laptop, counts how many are waiting, and sends every one the moment it's back online.

  • Sign-ins are saved on the laptop if the connection drops
  • A counter shows how many are waiting to send
  • Sends automatically when you're back online

How it helps

What you get

At the door

The kiosk doesn't stop for a dead connection

If the Wi-Fi drops mid-sign-in, the guest still sees their confirmation and the sign-in is kept on the laptop. Nobody at the door has to know anything went wrong.

  • Guests never see an error
  • A count of saved sign-ins on screen
  • No names shown, just the count

When you reconnect

Everything sends itself

As soon as the laptop is back online, the waiting sign-ins go to your dashboard. Open your dashboard on the same laptop later and anything still waiting is sent then too.

  • No button to press
  • Sent from the dashboard as a backup
  • Each sign-in saved once, never twice

Reload-proof

The sign-in page reopens even offline

Launch the kiosk once while you're online and the page is kept on the laptop, so a reload or a restart at the house still brings the sign-in screen back.

  • Open the kiosk once before you leave
  • Works on the laptop you already own
  • Nothing to install

Open the kiosk once at home, and a weak connection at the house can't cost you a lead.

Get started

How it works

Set up in three steps

  1. 1

    Launch the kiosk at home

Open the kiosk on your laptop while you still have internet, so the page is ready to run offline.

  2. 2

    Host as normal

If the connection drops, guests keep signing in and a counter shows how many are saved.

  3. 3

    Reconnect

Back online, or later from your dashboard on the same laptop, the saved sign-ins send themselves.

Why we built it

Built by a working agent, for working agents

“Built by a working Realtor who got tired of losing leads to bad handwriting.”

Open House Console is the tool I wanted at my own open houses: a clean, professional sign-in that captures every visitor accurately and drops them straight into a dashboard I can follow up from the same day.

FAQ

Common questions

Does the open house sign-in work without internet?

The laptop kiosk keeps taking sign-ins when the connection drops and sends them once it's back. Open the kiosk once while you're online first, so the page is stored on the laptop. Guests using the QR code sign in on their own phone's data connection.

What if I never get a connection at the house?

Nothing is lost. The sign-ins stay on that laptop and are sent the next time it's online, including when you open your dashboard on it later.

Can I use my phone's hotspot instead?

Yes, and it's a good habit for houses with no Wi-Fi. The offline saving is the backup for the moments the hotspot drops too.

Will a guest be signed in twice if the connection flickers?

No. Every sign-in carries its own id, so a retry after a dropped connection is recognized and saved once.
