What should I include on an open house sign-in sheet?+
Name, phone, and email at minimum — a lead without contact info isn't a lead. This sheet also offers "Working with an agent?" and "Do you have a home to sell?" columns, which are the two highest-value qualifying questions that still fit legibly on paper.
